Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium avocados
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
1 large bunch green onions
3 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans pitted and chopped olives
18 oz. shredded cheese
1 bag tortilla chips
Preparation

Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.
Spread bean dip on platter.
Top with avocados.
Layer with sour cream and taco mixture.
Next, spread onion, tomatoes and olives.
Cover with shredded cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips.
