Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, drained
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onions
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. Weight Watchers margarine
    4 1/2 oz. cheese, shredded
    4 oz. plain yogurt
    4 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Mix together in blender the cottage cheese and yogurt.
    Boil squash until tender; drain and set aside.
    Saute celery, onions and green pepper until tender.
    Mix with squash.
    Add crackers, yogurt mixture, cheese and seasonings.
    Stir to mix.
    Bake in a casserole dish at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Should be brown on top. Makes 6 servings.
