Oven Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. steak (round), cut into cubes
    1 to 2 onions, diced
    2 cans mushroom soup
    fresh or canned mushrooms (undrained)
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    8 to 12 oz. sour cream
    cooked noodles
Preparation
    Layer in covered ovenproof dish or roaster. Bake 3 hours at 250\u00b0. Add 8 to 12 ounces sour cream and serve with cooked noodles. Good to leave on Sunday morning.
