Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Sauce(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. bourbon
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 (1 to 1 1/2 lb.) pkg. pork tenderloins
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients in an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish; add tenderloins.
    Cover and refrigerate at least two hours, turning meat occasionally.
    Remove from marinade; place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve with mustard sauce.
