Cabbage Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped and cooked
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 can tomato sauce
8 slices bacon
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. red pepper
1 tsp. mustard
Preparation

In heavy skillet, cook bacon, bell pepper and onion until bacon is crisp.
Add tomato sauce, honey, seasoning and mustard. Simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
Add cabbage; simmer 15 minutes longer.
