Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 qt. popped corn
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. mixed nuts
1/3 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In large, oiled, shallow pan, mix popcorn and nuts.
Mix other ingredients in saucepan, stirring, and bring to a boil.
Boil 5 minutes.
Pour over corn mixture.
Stir well.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Stir while cooling.
Cover tightly to store.
Enjoy.
