Pepper Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large green peppers, thinly sliced
    1 large red pepper
    1 large onion, cut into rings
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute green and red peppers, onion and garlic in oil for approximately 7 minutes or until tender.
    Add chicken.
    Saute for 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
    Stir in tomato sauce and red pepper seasoning.
    Cook, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Stir in rice and serve. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
