Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small yams
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. low sugar marmalade
2/3 c. orange juice
1/8 tsp. dried sage
dash of salt
Preparation

Steam yams for 20 minutes, peel and cut in 1/2-inch chunks. In a shallow dish sprayed with Pam and sprinkled with brown sugar, add all other ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
