Light Vegetable Tuna Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of ground red pepper
    3 tsp. chopped onion
    3 tsp. green pepper
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 can lite tuna (undrained)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine egg, mayonnaise, seasoning, onion and green pepper.
    Stir in bread crumbs; mix in tuna.
    Press gently into 8-inch pie plate with fork.
    Toss vegetables with 1/4 cup cheese into shell.
    Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over vegetables.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes.
