Artichoke Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large eggs, beaten
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 to 8 green onions, chopped
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    10 saltine crackers, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in liquid from artichokes.
    Mix all together and bake in a well-greased 9 x 12 pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Best if made a day in advance and let absorb flavors before serving.
    Serve cold or hot.
