Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hard-cooked egg yolks
    1/4 c. malt vinegar or cider vinegar
    6 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 finely chopped green onions
    salt to taste
    coarsely ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash egg yolks to a paste with malt vinegar or cider vinegar. Gradually blend in salad oil.
    Stir in green onions; add salt and coarsely ground pepper to taste; mix well.
    Makes about 3/4 cup.
