Soft Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box spice cake mix
2 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 c. old fashioned oatmeal (uncooked)
1/2 c. raisins and/or 1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, milk, sugar and oats; mix well. Add raisins and nuts if desired. Place by tablespoon about 1/2 inch apart on cookie sheet.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Don't overbake.
Makes 50 cookies.
