Fried Squid Rings(Portuguese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squid, cleaned and cut into rings
    1 can beer, preferably at room temperature
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Heat oil in a deep pan to 375\u00b0.
    Combine beer, flour, salt and paprika.
    Dip squid rings into batter and let excess batter run off.
    Drop into hot fat.
    Turn to brown on both sides and remove as soon as brown (30 seconds to 1 minute).
