Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. squeeze butter
2 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Saute celery and onion in butter.
Add rice.
Cook over low heat for 2 or 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add eggs and soy sauce.
Continue cooking until eggs are cooked, stirring occasionally.
