Banana Nut Cake(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. uncooked oats
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
3/4 c. thawed frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. margarine, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add all remaining ingredients except walnuts.
Mix well.
Stir in walnuts.
Spread into well-greased Bundt pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Cool 15 minutes. Glaze with a mixture of 3 ounces cream cheese (any kind), 2 tablespoons thawed apple juice concentrate, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon.
