Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can brown gravy
    1/2 c. Italian dressing
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 small can mushrooms
    1 beef brisket
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients together; pour over brisket and wrap securely in foil.
    Bake in pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour per pound. Separate gravy and meat.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Skim off grease from gravy.
    Slice real thin and pour gravy over meat.
    Either serve or freeze.
    May heat and eat.
