Baked Easter Lamb Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lamb, cut in pieces
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and wedged
    4 carrots, sliced
    1/4 c. parsley
    6 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black crushed pepper
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (unseasoned)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large baking or roasting pan, combine all ingredients well. Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
    Serves a family of 8 to 10 people.
