Stuffed French Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 French stick, sliced lengthwise
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thinly
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 freshly ground garlic clove
    1 Tbsp. grated cheese
    parsley and basil to taste
    1 large tomato, sliced thinly
Preparation
    Mix margarine and garlic, spread on 1 half of bread.
    Sprinkle grated cheese, parsley and basil on top.
    Layer tomato and add Mozzarella on top.
    Shake pepper to taste.
    Cover with other half of loaf.
    Wrap in aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serve with salad and crock of soup.
