Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
    1 c. loosely packed hash browns, thawed
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In skillet, cook sausage until browned and drain.
    Separate crescents into triangles and press into a 12-inch pizza pan with sides.
    Spoon sausage over crust.
    Then sprinkle with potatoes.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    (You can refrigerate a few hours or overnight, if desired.
    Cover with foil.)
    In a small bowl, beat together eggs, salt and pepper.
    Pour over crust and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
