Herb Cream Stuffed Mushrooms(Serves 16) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. softened cream cheese
2 sticks butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1/4 tsp. dill
1/4 tsp. basil
mushrooms
Preparation
-
Mix first 7 ingredients.
Clean mushrooms; stuff.
(Use stems in other recipe.)
Place in shallow pan, pour thin layer of white wine on bottom.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbly. Remove from pan with slotted spoon.
Serve warm.
