Spinach, Bacon And Mushroom Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
    1/4 lb. large mushrooms, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut the stems off the spinach and wash the leaves well in cold water. Drain leaves and place in a salad bowl. Add bacon and mushrooms. Mix together the vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
    Pour over salad and toss well. Serves 6.
