Sirloin Tips And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large steak (round 2 lb.)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 lb. wide egg noodles
Preparation
    Rub roast well with Lawry's seasoned salt. Place meat, uncovered, in shallow baking dish or pan on wire rack. Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes per pound. This will be very juicy and tender.
