Baked Ziti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. ziti, cooked
    32 oz. or 1 1/2 jars spaghetti sauce
    2 c. Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cover bottom of pan (9 x 11-inch) with a thin layer of sauce. In a large bowl, combine approximately 1/2 of sauce with cottage cheese, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese, parsley, egg, oregano, garlic, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
    Mix together; then add ziti and mix. Spread in pan.
    Top with remaining sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for approximately 60 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
