Turkey Creole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. toasted bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters or 2 egg whites
    1/4 c. quick oats
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients.
    Shape into patties.
    Place in Teflon skillet.
    Cover; cook on low heat until golden brown on both sides, turning once.
    Add juice, Worcestershire, 1/2 cup water and sugar.
    Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch and water.
    Add to sauce, while stirring, until thick and bubbly. Serve with cooked rice.
    Serves 4.
