Lemon Loaf Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add milk and flour alternately; add flavoring.
    Beat well.
    Bake in a Bundt or tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until tests done.
