K'S Baked Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head fresh cauliflower, cut into small pieces or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. white flour
    3/4 c. milk
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    salt to taste
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 thinly sliced green bell pepper
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil cauliflower; drain and set aside. In a saucepan, melt margarine and gradually add flour and milk, stirring constantly.
    Slowly add cheese, pepper, salt, sour cream, green pepper and cauliflower.
    Mix well and cool.
    Beat 2 eggs and add into cauliflower mixture.
    Grease a 9 x 11-inch baking dish. Pour mixture into dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Cover lightly with foil and bake 30 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more or until golden brown.
    Serves 6 to 8.
