Egg Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced chicken or pork
1/2 diced shrimp
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 c. slivered carrots
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
3 leaves cabbage, shredded
1 c. bean sprouts
Preparation
-
Fry chicken or pork in oil until light brown.
Add shrimp, garlic and
green onions.
Saute until all looks light brown.
Add carrots; saute until crisp.
Add cabbage, soy sauce, salt and bean sprouts.
Stir for a few minutes.
Set aside.
