Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. boiled rice
1 medium onion, diced fine
1 head cabbage, wilted (save juice)
salt and pepper
allspice
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
Preparation

Wilt leaves of cabbage.
Mix beef, pork, boiled rice, salt, pepper, allspice and onion and form into patties.
Roll patties in cabbage leaves and fasten with toothpicks.\tButter skillet and put rolls in.
Brown; remove and place in baking dish.\tBake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Mix 1 tablespoon flour, cream and juice in skillet.\tCook until thickened.
Pour over cabbage rolls and serve.
