Fannie Mae Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    3 3/8 c. white sugar
    1 1/8 c. packed brown sugar
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 lb. marshmallows
    2 oz. baking chocolate
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    nuts (if desired)
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. sweet milk chocolate chips
Preparation
    Combine margarine, milk and sugars in large heavy saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to a boil. Cover. Boil 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add marshmallows. Stir until dissolved. Add 3 kinds of chocolate, one at a time. Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 10 x 15 pan. Will keep for several months in refrigerator. Makes approximately 5 pounds.
