Carrot Cake 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. finely grated carrots
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add sugar, oil and eggs; beat well.
Add carrots, pineapple, and nuts; blend thoroughly.
Pour into greased and floured 10 x 14-inch pan or 3 (9-inch) round layer cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes for layer pans, 40 to 50 minutes for 10 x 14-inch pan.
Cool 5 minutes in pan before turning out to cool thoroughly.
