Fiesta Pork Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless pork chops
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. (1/4 lb.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Coat a shallow 2-quart casserole with melted margarine. Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper; arrange in casserole.
    Top with soup mix, green pepper and rice.
    Combine catsup and Worcestershire sauce; spread over rice.
    Gently pour in boiling water.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 or 60 minutes, until done. (Additional 1/2 cup of water may be added if casserole becomes too dry.)
    Remove from oven; top with cheese.
    Cover and allow to stand 10 minutes.
    Serves 6.
