Crumb Cake - Breakfast Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. (1 stick) soft butter
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, salt and butter; reserve 1 cup of slightly packed mix for crumbs.
    Beat the remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 cakes.
