Serbian Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack, Swiss or Cheddar cheese, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Melt 1-inch cube of butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour ingredients into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
    Serves 6 to 10 people.
    Perfect for brunch or supper!
