Microwave Flounder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn flakes
1 tsp. lemon peel
4 (4 oz.) flounder fillets
lettuce leaves, radishes and cucumber slices for garnish
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
3/4 tsp. paprika
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Prepare sauce of choice (cocktail or cucumber).
On wax paper combine corn flakes, parsley, lemon peel and paprika.
Dip fillets in egg, then coat with crumb mixture.
On rack set shallow baking dish; cook on High 5 to 6 minutes, until edges of fish flake, then arrange on lettuce.
Serve with sauce of choice.
Garnish with radishes and cucumber slices.
