Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2/3 c sugar
    1/4 t salt
    2 1/2 c milk, scalded
    1 t vanilla
    1/4 t nutmeg
    1 t flour
    unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Combine flour with sugar.
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla and mix until well blended.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes until custard is set.
