Chocolate Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cold butter or margarine
    1 ppkg. chocolate cake mix
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 ppkg. cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    4 c. whipped topping, divided
    3 c. cold milk
    2 ppkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
    2 Tbsp. chocolate curls
Preparation
    In a bowl, cut butter into cake mix until crumbly.
    Add egg and mix with electric mixer.
    Press into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 in. baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0F for 15 - 18 min. or until set.
    Cool completely.
    Beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth.
    Fold in 1 c. of whipped topping.
    Carefully spread over the crust, refrigerate.
    Whisk milk and pudding for 2 min.; let stand until slightly thickened.
    Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping.
    Refrigerate 2 hours before eating.
