Cranberry Apple Pie* - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
pastry (for 2 pie crusts)
1/2 c. honey
1 Tbsp. butter
3 c. fresh cranberries
2 c. diced apples
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, allspice, salt, lemon rind and honey in a saucepan and heat to blend mixture.
Add cranberries and apples and let cool.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Line strips of crust for lattice top.
Brush top with milk and bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown and apples are tender.
