Crab And Cream Cheese Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. low-fat softened cream cheese
1/2 small onion, minced
1/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cocktail sauce
6 oz. crab meat (fresh, frozen or canned), shredded and drained
Preparation

Blend together first 6 ingredients.
Shape to fit in center of soup dish with rim or on a plate.
Cover with plastic.
Refrigerate overnight.
