Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. rice
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook butter, onion and rice in skillet until onion is tender. Dissolve bouillon in water.
    Add rice mixture and mushrooms and pour into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
