Deviled Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 egg
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
dash of Tabasco
Preparation

Melt butter.
Saute bell pepper, celery and onion until done. Remove
from heat.
Let cool until warm.
Add all other ingredients.
Spoon into crab shells or aluminum shells or can be made into patties.
Top with extra bread crumbs and paprika. Brown in oven at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
