Super Beefy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked beef
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided in half
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    12 corn tortillas
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine beef, 1/2 of cheese and onion. Cook until cheese is melted. Set aside. Combine soups and enchilada sauce. Cook and set aside. Dip tortillas into hot oil to soften. Top each tortilla with meat mixture. Roll up. Place seam side down in 13 x 9 pan. Pour sauce over the top. Sprinkle remaining grated cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
