Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium carrots
3/4 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Grate carrots into large bowl.
Add oil and mix.
Then add and mix sugar, brown sugar and eggs.
Measure, add and mix in the flour, soda and salt.
Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
When cool, spread with Cream Cheese Icing.
