Pork Chops And Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    salt and pepper
    1 can kraut
    2 to 3 potatoes, cut in chunks
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper pork chops. Brown in a small amount of oil. Pour off excess fat.
    Put a spoonful of kraut on top of each chop.
    Place potato chunks around meat and add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook on low heat approximately 1 hour or until pork chops are tender.
    Extra liquid may be added, if needed.
