Raisin Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. oil (substitute with 3/4 c. applesauce or 3/4 c. cooked prunes, mashed)
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar (may reduce to 1 c. sugar + 1 c. equivalent with brown Sugar Twin)
4 eggs (may use egg substitute or whites only)
2 c. pumpkin (16 oz. can)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. each: baking powder, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. raisins
3 soft bananas, mashed
Preparation

Bake in a large Bundt pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
