Spinach Rockafeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cook and drain well
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. soda crackers (crumbs)
    1 Tbsp. dry minced onions
    2 beaten eggs
    1/8 tsp. MSG
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 dashes of Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients together and bake in 2-quart dish. Top with Parmesan liberally. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
