Cheesy Hash Browns 'N Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 tsp. oleo, softened
    6 (3 oz.) frozen hash brown patties
    6 oz. thinly sliced cooked ham
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Spread 1 teaspoon oleo on each side of hash browns.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.
    Turn patties over; broil 4 to 6 minutes more.
    Place ham slice on each patty.
    Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until hot.
    Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
    Makes 6 servings.
