Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up chicken
3 to 4 Tbsp. margarine
6 heaping Tbsp. low-fat Bisquick
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of black pepper
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in plastic bag.
Melt margarine in cookie sheet with sides.
Shake 2 to 3 pieces of chicken at a time in plastic bag to coat with dry ingredients.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes and then turn chicken over and bake for another 20 minutes.
