Easy Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Pour into a 9-inch shallow unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
