Easy Mexicorn Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Mexicorn
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and stir well.
Mix milk, beaten eggs and vegetable oil together.
Add dry ingredients and milk mixture together with Mexicorn and mix.
Stir in cheese.
Add onion.
Make sure mixture is stirred together.
Pour in hot greased skillet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
