Irene'S Baked Schrod - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fillet of cod (about 3/4 lb.)
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. white wine
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. milk
Preparation

Marinate cod fillet in a mixture of milk, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and a dash of salt and pepper. Remove after an hour. Blend paprika with oil and brush on fish, then roll in bread crumbs. Put fish in baking pan. Brush with butter and pour over wine. Bake in hot 375\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes. Do not overcook!
